Somaliland’s Minister of Defense, Hon. Mohamed Yusuf, attended a high-level international conference on defense matters hosted by the U.S. Department of War in Washington, D.C.

Invited as a key participant, Minister Yusuf engaged in discussions aimed at enhancing Somaliland’s role in regional stability, particularly in the Horn of Africa.

In a significant extension of his visit, Minister Yusuf was welcomed at the U.S. Congress, where he met with congressional members.
