Ethiopia and Djibouti police chiefs arrive to grace the founding of Somaliland NPF 29th anniversary

The Chief of Police of the Republic of Somaliland, Major General Mohamed Aden Saqadi, yesterday welcomed a delegation led by the Chief of Police of Djibouti, Col. Abdirahman Ali Kaahin, while the Deputy Commander of the Army, Brigadier General Abdi Hassan Mire, welcomed a delegation led by the Deputy Commander of the Ethiopian Somali Regional State Police, Brigadier General Ali Abdi Jabir.

The delegations of the Djibouti and Ethiopian Police Forces, who are on an official visit to the country, will participate in the 29th anniversary of the establishment of the country’s National Police Force.

Major Gen Mohamed, who extended an official invitation to the Chiefs of the Police Forces of the neighboring countries of Ethiopia and Djibouti, is naturally expected to discuss security cooperation between them after the event.

The Delegation of Police Commanders from Djibouti and Ethiopia are attending the event for the fourth year in a row.
