Hon. Hersi Ali H. Hassan, the Chairman of the WADDANI Party, has successfully defended his Master’s thesis titled “A Strategic Framework for Implementing Project-Based Governance in Somaliland” at Borama University.
According to a statement published on Borama University’s official Facebook page, the thesis was submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Project Management. It explores a project-based governance model aimed at promoting sustainable development, improving institutional efficiency, and modernizing governance systems in Somaliland.
The academic work emphasizes the importance of structured project management approaches in public sector governance, highlighting accountability, performance tracking, and results-oriented administration as key drivers of national development.
