THT-The late Governor of Toghdeer region of the Republic of Somaliland, Hamza Mohamed Abdi, was pronounced dead moments upon arrival in Turkey whereby he was due to undergo treatment.
The Late Hamze was airlifted from Hargeisa Sunday on critical condition.
The late administrator was suffering from kidney disease. The late Hamza Mohamed Abdi served as the governor of Gabiley and Togdheer regions.
He was laid to rest at the Istanbul Muslim Cemetery
