WADDANI Party Chairman Hersi Ali H. Hassan has announced the appointment of the third batch of party committees, comprising chairpersons and secretaries, as part of an ongoing effort to restructure and strengthen the party’s operations both inside Somaliland and abroad.
The latest appointments focus particularly on the Finance, Planning and Trade Committee, with Chairman Hersi saying the newly appointed officials are expected to play a key role in strengthening coordination between the ruling party and the government.
Hersi said the appointments form part of a broader restructuring process designed to accelerate the party’s work and improve its organizational capacity.
“As I continue working to accelerate the activities of the ruling WADDANI Party, today I appointed the third batch of the party’s committees. They are structured as joint committees comprising chairpersons and secretaries, as part of the party’s restructuring process, both domestically and abroad,” Hersi said.
The WADDANI chairman expressed confidence in the experience, knowledge and capabilities of the newly appointed members of the Finance, Planning and Trade Committee.
He said he expects the committee to contribute significantly to strengthening the relationship and coordination between the party and the government, particularly in areas related to finance, planning and trade.
“I expect the new officials of the WADDANI Party’s Finance, Planning and Trade Committee to play a significant role in strengthening coordination between the party and the government. I have confidence in their knowledge and capabilities, and I pray that Allah supports them in carrying out the responsibilities entrusted to them,” he added.
The appointments represent the latest stage in WADDANI’s internal restructuring, with the party seeking to strengthen its institutional structures and enhance the effectiveness of its political and organizational activities.
