The Ministry of Resettlement and Humanitarian Affairs of the Republic of Somaliland, in collaboration with Al-Wadaniya Company, has delivered emergency food assistance to 250 vulnerable displaced families residing in displacement camps in Gabiley city.
The aid packages, consisting of flour and dates, were specifically provided to support the basic nutritional needs of households living in the camps.
The distribution was overseen by the Ministry’s Director General, Mr. Mukhtar Abdi Jama (Baaxo). The event was also attended by the Mayor of Gabiley and the Governor of Gabiley Region, who actively participated in monitoring the process and encouraging the smooth delivery of the assistance.
Local officials expressed sincere appreciation to the Ministry of Resettlement and Humanitarian Affairs and to Al-Wadaniya Company for their continued commitment and support to the displaced communities in the Gabiley Region.
