Mr. Mohamed Abdirahman, Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, launched a high-level training program today at the Ministry’s headquarters in Hargeisa. The program, designed to elevate the expertise and professional skills of the Ministry’s staff, was facilitated by esteemed expert, senior lecturer, and scholar, Mubaarik Aar.
