In a significant move to support its workforce, the Director of the Somaliland National Printing Agency, Mr. Abdirahman Ibrahim Adan (Abees), has officially announced a substantial salary increase for the agency’s employees. The lower-level staff will see their salaries doubled, with a 100% pay hike, while employees who have served for 10 years or more will also receive a general salary increase.
The agency’s management further committed to ensuring timely salary payments, with disbursements scheduled between the 26th and 28th of each month. This initiative is aimed at improving the financial well-being of the agency’s workforce and boosting morale.
In addition, Mr. Abbas Osman, head of the procurement and evaluation office, reported a significant rise in printing orders over the past month, signaling a positive outlook for the agency’s operations. The increase in demand is expected to further strengthen the agency’s role in serving Somaliland’s printing needs.
