On Saturday morning, June 21, 2025, at 8:00 AM, the President of the Republic of Somaliland, Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi Irro, officially inaugurated the national certificate examinations for Grade 8 (Primary) and Form 4 (Secondary) for the 2024-2025 academic year.
These examinations commenced simultaneously across all regions and districts of the Republic of Somaliland.
This brief report, prepared to outline the smooth conduct and procedures of the 2024-2025 national certificate examinations, provides an overview of the total number of students who sat for the exams by region, the number of personnel involved in its implementation, the number of security forces, and the number of vehicles used for transporting the examination materials.
