VP praises Minister of Assemblies Cordination and Constitutional Affairs for his performance


Vice President H.E. Abdirahman Abdillahi Ismail praised the Minister of Assemblies and Constitutional Affairs Hon Mohamed Haji Adan Elmi for the good manner he led in his ministry and said that he is the most able minister in the cabinet of the current ruling government.

H.E. Abdirahman gave a speech at a training held for some of the employees of the ministries and government agencies, which was about the study of the Constitution, and patriotism.

The training organized by the ministry held in the capital Hargeisa, was launched by Hon. Mohamed Haji Aden Elmi flanked by the director general of the ministry Deka Abdi Yusuf, was also attended by the minister of Minerals, the chairman of the Civil Service Commission Khalid Kodah, general directors, trained staff, and other officials.

The vice president HE Abdirahman Sayli’i who officially opened the training, praised the Minister of the Ministry of Parliamentary, Mohamed Haji Aden Elmi, for his performance,

He said, “I am grateful to the ministry led by Minister Hon. Mohamed Haji Adan, is truly the most valuable minister among the ministers of the government.

“Today, the Ministry of the Constitution leads the country in imparting patriotism in addition to the teaching of the constitution, its awareness, its protection, and the relationship between the councils, as well as the teaching of patriotism and have contributed a lot to the country,” said the VP.

He urged the participants of the training to take advantage of the lessons that are being given and to defend their nation by imparting the knowledge learned.

On the other hand, the Minister of the Ministry of Assembly Relations, Hon. Mohamed Haji Aden Ilmi pointed out the imperativeness of the purpose of the training, and its importance for the nation.

The minister said that the training is being provided by the Department of Constitutional Studies of the ministry.
