H.E President Ahmed Mohamed Mahmoud Silanyo has send a message of condolence to the family, relatives, friends and to the people of Somaliland, on untimely death of the late Dr. Omer Elmi Dixood who passed away today in Hargeisa.
President Silanyo termed the late Dr. Omer Elmi Dixood as a true patriot who fought for freedom and one of the founders of the Somali liberation movement (SNM)
The late Dr. Omer Elmi Dixood was at the time of his death the Presidential special advisor.
