Hon. Barkhad Jaamac Batuun, the newly appointed Minister of Information, Culture, and National Guidance of the Republic of Somaliland, was warmly received at his office by Hargeisa Mayor Abdikarim Ahmed Mooge.
The mayor visited the ministry headquarters to extend congratulations and offer words of encouragement to the fresh minister.
