On the 32nd anniversary of the National Military event, the Commander of the Somaliland National Army, Brigadier General Nim’an Yusuf Osman, discussed the comprehensive modernization of the army’s salary disbursement system, administrative processes, and vehicle management, all of which have now been fully transitioned to a modern digital platform.

He explained that the previous operational methods—particularly in financial administration, military offices, and vehicle logistics—have undergone a complete overhaul. The new digital system is operating smoothly and efficiently. These reforms, he noted, have substantially enhanced the overall quality of services that the National Army delivers to the public.

“We have implemented major transformations across the entire framework under which the army functioned, including financial administration, military offices, and vehicles—all now converted to a fully digital system that is performing exceptionally well. These upgrades have significantly elevated the level of service the National Army provides to society,” said Commander Nim’an.
