President Meets with the Delegation from Al Rajhi Group and Seed Investment Group

The President of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Cirro), welcomed a high-level delegation from Al Rajhi Group and Seed Investment Group at the Presidential Palace, two companies based in Saudi Arabia dedicated to developing business and investment opportunities in various countries around the world.

The delegation, consisting of seven members, was led by the General Manager of the renowned Al Rajhi Group, Mr. Sheikh Nasir Alqahdiani. Other members included: Saud Alrajhi (Alrajhi Group); Dr. Mohamed Nasir Alqahdani (Alrajhi Group); Dr. Abdullah Sadik (Strategic Advisor); Eng. Anter Bilaal (Head of Infrastructure Engineering); Abdulrahman Salool (Government Relations Coordinator); and Dr. Shakir Haji Xuseen Nuur (Executive Director of Seed Investment Group (International Investment Partner)).

The meeting focused on strengthening a broad partnership for investment and development based on mutual interests. Deliberations deepened regarding latent investment opportunities in the Republic of Somaliland that require funding and development, particularly in sectors such as Energy, Livestock, Agriculture, Fisheries, Infrastructure, Tourism, Finance, Insurance, and Banking.

The President of Somaliland welcomed the delegation and expressed gratitude for their visit to Somaliland. He briefed them on the historical background of Somaliland, its governance, security, and stability, the strategic significance of Somaliland, the longstanding relationship between Somaliland and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and affirmed that Somaliland is a reliable country in terms of both security and development.

The President emphasized that his government is genuinely committed to supporting investment and business cooperation with anyone interested. He highlighted that Somaliland is ready to host investments that are beneficial to the country, based on collaboration, mutual trust, and legal confidence.
