The President of the Republic of Somaliland H.E. Musa Bihi Abdi has the Minister of Youth and Sports Abdirahman Hirsi Jama Dooble and the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Abdi-nasir Omar Jama and replaced them with immediate effect.
Hon. Abdirisaaq Muse Farah Awad has just been appointed to replace the minister and while Hon. Rooda Jama Elmi Abdulle has replaced Abdinassir at the foreign affairs.
She has been transferred from the treasury where she served in the same capacity.
Hon. Suleiman Suleiman Jama Diriye Guled has been appointed the new deputy minister of finance.
The directives were contained in a Presidential decree circular that was released on the 10th of December 2023 and was effective on the same day.
