Somaliland President Appoints new Transport and Roads Development Senior state officials pursuing an active political career are now exiting the public service. The latest to leave officially is the now  former Somaliland minister of Transport and roads Development Abdirizak Ibrahim Mohamed Atash, who recently formed a political organization. Therefore and guided by section 90 of the  Somaliland  constitution His Excellency Muse Bihi Abdi, has appointed Abdirizak Ibrahim Mohamed Farah as the new Minister of Transport and Road Development in Somaliland.
