THT- The President of the Republic of Somaliland H.E. Muse Bihi Abdi received a message of honor and congratulatory note from MP Abdoulie Ceesay on the occasion of Somaliland’s 30th Anniversary of Independence Day 18 May.
In his letter to the Republic of Somaliland yesterday, Gambia’s Member of Parliament Abdoulie Cesay and the Chairman of the Friends of the Republic of Somaliland & Gambia underlined that close cooperation and relations between the two countries will be strengthened.
The message of honor and congratulatory note from MP Essay which the Department of Diaspora at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs delivered to Dawan Media office reads as follows:

On behalf of friends of Somaliland in The Gambia, I have the greatest pleasure to express warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and through you to the Government and the people of the Republic of Somaliland on the auspicious occasion of the Anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Somaliland 18th May.
I strongly believe that our close collaboration as well as the friendly ties that exist between us will be further strengthened.
