The President of the Republic of Somaliland, HE Muse Bihi Abdi, on behalf of the people and the people of the Republic of Somaliland, sends a congratulatory message to our neighbouring government of Djibouti Republic on the eve of the 43rd anniversary of that when it gained independence from France on 27 June 1977.
The President of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Muse Bihi congratulated the people of Djibouti and the Government of the Republic of Djibouti, on the anniversary of their independence, which they are celebrating, as two neighbouring countries who gained independence within days of each, we wish them a year in development, and prosperity.
The President said that I hereby extend my warm & brotherly congratulations to the people and the government of the Republic of Djibouti on the 43rd National Independence Anniversary. I wish all Djiboutian brothers & sisters more prosperity & development for all years to come.
