HARGEISA – The Minister of Presidency of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Khadar Hussein Abdi, has proposed to the Council of Ministers that government institutions should establish a direct linkage with the ruling WADDANI party, in order to enhance communication, public engagement, accountability, and alignment between government operations and the political goals and programs of the ruling party.
Speaking during the Council of Ministers meeting, the Minister emphasized that the initiative—titled “Talk to Your Party”—is designed to reinforce cooperation and synergy between the government and the ruling party, ensuring that policy implementation remains consistent with the party’s strategic vision and the broader aspirations of the people.
The proposal underscores the government’s commitment to fostering transparency, responsiveness, and unified direction in the delivery of public services and national development priorities.
