The Chairman of the ruling Waddani Party, Hon. Hersi Ali Haji Hassan, has warmly congratulated President H.E. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi Irro on his landmark address to the joint session of the Republic of Somaliland’s House of Elders and House of Representatives, describing it as a historic moment.
