Speaking on the volatile regional situation, President Irro emphasized the importance of maintaining economic stability and urged businesses not to take advantage of the crisis. “While the conflict in the Middle East may affect our resources, I call on our business community not to see this as an opportunity to inflate prices or hoard goods. We must act responsibly to ensure the well-being of our people during these challenging times,” he said.
President Irro also praised Somaliland’s business sector for its longstanding contributions to nation-building and supporting the welfare of the Somaliland people. “Our business community has always been at the forefront of developing our nation and caring for our citizens. Let us continue this legacy by prioritizing stability and fairness in these uncertain times,” he added.
