University of Hargeisa and Bahir Dar University sign revised Memorandum of Understanding to expand Collaboration

The University of Hargeisa welcomed a high-ranking delegation from Bahir Dar University. The delegation comprised representatives from the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, the College of Business and Economics, and the Bahir Dar Institute of Technology. They received a warm reception from the University President, vice presidents, and the heads of relevant departments, who were delighted by their visit.

The delegation’s official visit encompassed a variety of objectives, with the primary focus being attendance at the launch event for the Joint Master Program in Construction Technology and Management.

Applications for this program will begin this year at the University of Hargeisa. Additionally, the two universities signed a revised Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that will expand their collaboration. The key areas of focus under this agreement include the establishment of further joint master programs, student and staff exchange, college affiliation, and the implementation of joint research programs.
