The discussions on the 2023 budget, which will last for six days, were opened by the Minister of the Ministry of Finance Dr. Saad Ali Shire, and the senior officials of the ministry and the various agencies that will be involved in this debate were present, and they are listed first as the schedule has been prepared.
On the other hand, the last few years have been engaged in the preparation of the modern system for the management of Somaliland government financial information (SLFMIS), while securing the national financial information, and at the same time it will be published in the budget book for 2023, which will reflect the needs and services. the foundation.
These discussions and analysis are the basis of the articles mentioned in the 2023 Budget Policy, which was chaired by the National Budget Policy Committee.
The government budget estimate for the year 2023 is complete, which will show all the details of the budget of the independent agencies such as the water agencies of the districts of Hargeisa, Boorama, Burco, Gabiley, Berbera, the National Press, the Central Bank, the Port of Berbera, and the oil reservoirs in Berbera, the budget of the 11 local governments authority in the country, as well as foreign donations from us.
