THT- The Ministry of Finance’s budget and IT departments conducted a training for the Directors of Admin and Finance Departments of the Government Agencies.
The financial management officers of Government Agencies are trained in the following points:
- Budget preparation process- In which a long explanation was given to the officers of the budget preparation procedures.
- The accounting symbol used in the budget has been developed and modified and adapted to the international accounting symbol (Standard Chart of Accounts).
- Preparation of the budget through the online process of financial management data management in IFMIS.
- Manage the decentralization of the use of the budget in the regions and municipalities.
