Envy of Somaliland is Now a Traditional Requisite for Somalia Leadership – Politician Na’naa

THT: “For three decades now every Somalia leader spends sleepless night devising ways to derailing very being of Somaliland”
This is according to politician Ahmed Mohamed Diriye (Nac-nac), an immediate past member of the Somaliland House of Representatives.
“The status of Somalia as a failed state and the never ending loss of human lives is as a direct result with this obsession with the destruction of Somaliland” said Ex MP Na’naa during a briefing with Geeska Afrika newspaper in Hargeisa.
Stressing on the fact that , despite Somaliland being unrecognized as a sovereign nation for three decades, a long time than in her union with Somalia, the politician urged those in Mogadishu to discard the notion of any reunion.
Somaliland withdrawing from her 1960 voluntary later turned fateful Union with Somalia three decades ago, and though unrecognized internationally, she remains the most terrorism free, democratic and human rights conscious nation in the turbulent Horn of Africa region.
“before you dwell of reunion with Somaliland first put your house in order, by holding democratic elections, eliminate terrorism, respect your citizens human rights and establish an administration free of foreign management” Na’naa told Somalia politicians
Revealing that the ongoing official visit to the US by president Muse Bihi is a success even before conclusion the former legislator said ,
“we will go to any country that we consider to be in our interest, and we will discuss our interests” and there is nothing Somalia can do”
Reiterating the irrevocability of the Somaliland self rule the politician said “to the leaders of Somalia, if thousands of people die, we will not be able to come back together. You are in a nightmare.
And Congratulations to the President of Somaliland on his visit to the United States and a job well done.
In conclusion Ahmed Mohamed Diriye (Nacnac) addressed the spiralling rate of inflation stating that
“Livelihoods are becoming untenable, more so as a result of the recurrent droughts in the country”
