Hargeisa (THT) A court in Sanaag region has sentence to death by firing squad Mr. Said Abdi Jama, 17 years man after finding him guilty beyond reasonable for the cold blood murder of his mother in law the late Khadra Hashi Hassan.
Justice Aden Jama Saleban, the chief magistrate of Sanaag regional court read the guilty verdict in front of a packed court condemning to death by the firing squad the accused murderer, Mr. Said Abdi Jama, 17 years man the cold blood murder of his mother in law the Khadra Hashi Hassan on the 4th of January, 2015.
The 17 years man beheaded his mother in law using a crude weapon.
The judge reading the verdict as recited verse of the Holy Quran Suratul Baqarah: Verses 178 – 179 and section 434 of cap 24 of the capital punishment law.
